Do Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance Influence on Financial Performance?

Abstract
This study examines the corporate social responsibility and corporate governance impact on firm performance. This study used the data from 2018-2022 of 80 non-financial firms of Pakistan. Panel data were collected from annual reports and companies’ websites. This study employed multiple diagnostic test and linear regression analysis. CSR and corporate governance have a significant impact on firm financial performance and shareholders' interest. C-R, I-D, G-D have a significant positive impact on firm financial performance. Board meetings and duality have a significant negative influence on firm performance.
